🏠 Room for rent:

491€/month, excluding only utility costs, which amount to approximately 30–40€ per month (no agency fees; these are already covered by the current tenants).
Double Room for Rent – Milan, Gambara, Via Privata Moncalvo.

We’re looking for two people to take over a double room, preferably starting in July. Rent is 491€ per person.

Via Privata Moncalvo is a quiet and elegant side street located 50 meters from the Gambara stop on the red metro line (the stop after De Angeli).

The apartment is shared with two 25-year-old working women who are quiet and respectful. We’re looking for people with whom we can create a peaceful and pleasant living environment.

The apartment is located in an elegant residential complex with a concierge, overlooking a beautiful private park within the complex.
The common area is spacious and includes a well-equipped kitchen and a small sofa.
A washing machine and dishwasher are provided.

The Room
The double bedroom is very bright and features a desk area, perfect for remote work or studying. There are two very spacious closets and a large dresser (not shown in the photo; it was added later).
It includes direct access to a large terrace with chairs and a big table—an extra space that’s perfect for outdoor dinners and lunches during the warmer months.

The Neighborhood
Gambara is a quiet, well-maintained, and very livable neighborhood. It’s well-connected:
• 🚇 2-minute walk from the M1 Gambara metro station
• 🚌 Less than 10 minutes from the 90/91 bus
• 🎓 Convenient for Università Cattolica

Price and Expenses
€491 per person, excluding utilities to be split among the tenants (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and TARI—the waste disposal tax, which is paid once a year). With 4 tenants, the cost remains reasonable, at about €30–40 per month.
Additionally, there are no real estate agency fees, as these have already been covered by the current tenants.
