For a published and available property, an owner can review people with an active search who chose to receive proposals. The owner can open the profile, assess compatibility with the offer and send a proposal through RoomUpItalia.
More protected contact details
People-search features do not require phone numbers or email addresses to be public. In roommate search and owner-to-tenant proposals, contact details are shared only when the relevant request is accepted.
